The watch supports the following frequencies: GSM B2, B3, B5, B8. The frequencies: 4G TDD-LTE: B38, B39, B40, B41 and FDD-LTE: B1, B3, B7, B20.

The NH6 watch is set to French by default, which includes the user interface, notifications, and settings options, date and time, providing a complete user experience for French speakers.

For normal use of the NH6 watch (GPS, notifications, messages, occasional video calls), a data package of 500 MB to 1 GB per month is recommended. Packages of 100 MB may suffice for basic, occasional use.

The monitoring application compatible with the watch is Setracker2, available on Google Play and the App Store. Used by many parents, it has been downloaded over 10 million times.

To optimize the watch's battery life, activate the smart sleep mode and night power-saving mode via the application. These options automatically manage the start and stop functions and disable Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and mobile network at night.

Recharge the watch regularly to ensure its longevity. When the battery drops below 20%, the app sends a notification and an SMS alert (to be configured). By recharging it in time, you avoid a complete discharge, thus extending its lifespan.
