WhatsApp update
The latest version of WhatsApp is factory-installed, but the application benefits from frequent updates. It is therefore possible that an update may be required when you first set up your device. For guidance, please consult the downloadable manual below, which will guide you through the update process.
Checking APN settings in the event of connection problems
The watch is compatible with the following operators in France: Orange, SFR, Bouygues and Free. It works with a 4G rate plan (4G nano SIM) and is not compatible with 5G.
If you receive a message indicating that the watch is offline, or if you have difficulty making or receiving calls (2G), or if video calls (4G) do not work while other functions are operational, we recommend that you check and configure the APN settings on your watch. For more details, consult the downloadable manual below, or contact us for help configuring your operator's APN.
Battery and autonomy
We recommend charging the watch to 100% before first use, using a charger with une an output of at least 1A, like those used for smartphones.
At first, it's normal to have to recharge the watch daily due to its intensive use for settings, discovering menus, applications and games. Later, with more moderate use, autonomy will increase, reaching between 2 and 5 days, depending on usage, by activating the options (see manual for more info) enabling it to be extended.
